Purpose of Position:
The Loss Prevention Associate monitors all assigned locations to support store operations, deter loss, identify shrink opportunities, address alarm events, and provide for physical security and safety awareness.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Assess, prioritize, and respond to incoming calls (theft, incidents, alarms)
\t
- Serves as first contact Loss Prevention support to store leadership for matters related to Loss Prevention
\t
- Actively engage in ongoing forensic video review to identify deviation from expectations related to product shrink (internal, external, process)
\t
- Develop and conduct investigations leveraging all available business resources
\t
- Liaison with local, state, and federal law enforcement in support of investigative needs
\t
- Supports cross-functional teams within the company around investigative needs \t
