Position Summary
The Loss Mitigation Workout Closing Specialist is responsible for managing the closing process of loan workout packages, ensuring compliance with investor, insurer, state, federal, and CFPB guidelines. This role involves coordinating with various teams, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless and efficient loss mitigation process. Additionally, the Workout Completion Specialist oversees the quality control of borrower-executed documents, ensuring that approved workout terms amortize and cure delinquencies. They manage the finalization of workout terms in our proprietary system, I5, and collaborate closely with departments such as cashiering and loan accounting to ensure accurate and timely processing of loans eligible for buyout.
Compensation
This role is a non-exempt position with a targeted salary range of $26/hour to $28/hour.
Compensation at Guild is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to local and federal minimum wage requirements, education, level of experience, and applicant's geographical location.

Requirements
Work is primarily sedentary; mobility in an office setting.
Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Frequent use of computer keyboard and mouse.
Regularly required to accurately perceive, distinguish and interpret information received visually and through audio; e.g., words, numbers and other data broadcasted aloud/viewed on a screen, as well as print and other media.
Office environment - moderate noise, no substantial exposure to adverse environmental conditions.
Must be able to adhere to process protocol. Must be able to apply established protocols in a timely manner.
Learn new tasks, remember processes, maintain focus, complete tasks independently, and make timely decisions in the context of a workflow.
Work is primarily performed during the business week, Monday - Friday.
