Position Summary
The Loss Mitigation Intake Coordinator plays an important role in the organization by performing a number of administrative tasks directly related to the companys Loss Mitigation functions. The role is primarily responsible for managing the initial intake process for customers seeking loss mitigation assistance. This role involves gathering and reviewing financial documents, supporting documentation, and written or verbal applications in assessing customer eligibility for various loss mitigation programs and determining application completion for customers in financial distress. The coordinator conducts timely, accurate, and compliant reviews of files by investor guidelines and National Servicing Standards. The coordinator will work closely with the Loss Mitigation team and support the more experienced staff in various duties to ensure a smooth and efficient process for the department as well as for customers.
Compensation
This role is a non-exempt position with a Targeted Salary Range of $19/hr to $26/hr.
Compensation at Guild is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to local and federal minimum wage requirements, education, level of experience, and applicant's geographical location.
