We're seeking a Physician Clinic Medical Director for our City of Industry location in Los Angeles. In this position, you'll dedicate 90% of your time to providing direct patient care and the remaining 10% to recruiting, managing business metrics, and ensuring patient and client satisfaction. As a key member of our team, you will oversee center operations, support and mentor staff, and ensure the delivery of top-quality care.

• 4 days a week, 8 to 5 with no nights, weekends, or holidays

Key Responsibilities:<\/b>

• Deliver direct patient care

<\/li>

• Ensure effective execution of medical models and collaboration with therapists and specialists

<\/li>

• Monitor clinical metrics to drive quality outcomes

<\/li>

• Manage clinicians and support staff, fostering a collaborative work environment

<\/li>

• Collaborate with leadership to drive continuous clinical improvement

<\/li>

• Maintain relationships with clients and payers, responding promptly to requests

<\/li>

• Manage center staffing levels and optimize workflows

Requirements<\/h3>Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution

<\/li>

• Board Certification in Family Medicine, Occupational Medicine, or related field

<\/li>

• Active medical and DEA licenses

<\/li>

• ACLS Certification preferred

<\/li>

• 5-8 years of experience in occupational medicine, urgent care, or emergency settings

<\/li><\/ul>

The base compensation for this role ranges from $227,544.30 to $304,860.40 annually, with additional performance-based bonuses.
