    We’re seeking a Physician Clinic Medical Director for our City of Industry location in Los Angeles. This role offers an exceptional chance to combine your passion for patient care with your leadership skills while working in a city known for its creativity, culture, and incredible weather!!

    In this position, you’ll dedicate 90% of your time to providing direct patient care and the remaining 10% to recruiting, managing business metrics, and ensuring patient and client satisfaction. As a key member of our team, you will oversee center operations, support and mentor staff, and ensure the delivery of top-quality care.

    • 4 days a week, 8 to 5 with no nights, weekends, or holidays

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Deliver direct patient care 
    • Ensure effective execution of medical models and collaboration with therapists and specialists
    • Monitor clinical metrics to drive quality outcomes
    • Manage clinicians and support staff, fostering a collaborative work environment
    • Collaborate with leadership to drive continuous clinical improvement
    • Maintain relationships with clients and payers, responding promptly to requests
    • Manage center staffing levels and optimize workflows


    Requirements

    • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
    • Board Certification in Family Medicine, Occupational Medicine, or related field
    • Active medical and DEA licenses
    • ACLS Certification preferred
    • 5-8 years of experience in occupational medicine, urgent care, or emergency settings

    The base compensation for this role ranges from $227,544.30 to $304,860.40 annually, with additional performance-based bonuses.
