    Qualifications
    • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
    • Graduate of an accredited Home Health Aide program preferred
    • Active HHA license preferred
    • Physically able to perform caregiving duties
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Able to follow safety guidelines and maintain professionalism
    • Meets all employment requirements

    Job Responsibilities
    • Provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes
    • Follow the care plan developed by the Registered Nurse (RN)
    • Assist with activities of daily living
    • Observe and report changes in the client's condition
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
    • Communicate with supervisors regarding client care
    • Follow company policies and state regulations
