About the Role:X-Road Trans Logistics is looking for a skilled and dependable Class A CDL Driver to join our growing team in Stockton, CA! Responsibilities:- Operate Class A commercial vehicles to transport freight safely and efficiently
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections in compliance with DOT regulations
- Ensure accurate and timely pickup and delivery of loads
- Maintain detailed driver logs using ELD (Electronic Logging Device) systems
- Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding route updates, delays, or issues
- Secure cargo properly to prevent damage or shifting during transit
- Adhere to all federal, state, and local traffic and transportation laws
Requirements:- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required
- Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) and satisfactory driving history
- Must meet DOT physical and medical certification requirements
- Ability to operate manual and/or automatic transmission trucks
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet delivery deadlines
- Reliable, professional, and safety-focused attitude
