Material Handler / Inventory Specialist/Storekeeper II
Location: El Dorado, AR
Contract: 3+ months of contract role with possibilities of extension  
 
Job Summary
Responsible for managing inventory, receiving and issuing materials, and maintaining organized storage areas. This role ensures accurate stock levels, proper material handling, and timely availability of supplies to support operations.
 
Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and document incoming shipments.
• Issue materials and update inventory records.
• Perform stock counts and cycle counts.
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Perform material transfers.
• Maintain organized storage and labeling systems.
• Utilize CMS to track inventory.
• Utilize SAP, Concur, and Maximo.
• Operate basic material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts if certified.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Communicate effectively and handle conflicts professionally.

 
Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of experience in warehouse or inventory roles.
• Experience as a Material Handler is a plus.
• Experience operating a forklift is required;forklift certification is not required.
• Experience with CMS, SAP, Concur, and Maximo.

 
Required Training Before Start
Candidate must successfully complete training through the Alliance Safety Council site before they can start.
