Long Term Substitute - Special Education Teacher, RCI

Rome Corners Intermediate is seeking a full-time Cross-Categorical Special Education Teacher to cover a leave for 6th grade.

The ideal candidate will be;

• familiar with and competent in analyzing behavior and developing intervention plans
• able to support sensory and regulation needs
• knowledgeable and familiar with all disability categories
• able to communicate and collaborate with other teachers and support staff
• willing to co-teach and able to modify curriculum
• experienced in PBIS, restorative practices, and have knowledge of educational equity

A cross-categorical special education license is preferred.
