This position will be 0.4 FTE for the time of approximately November 1, 2026 to February 15, 2027
Washington-Caldwell School District is seeking an energetic and student-centered educator to serve as a part-time Spanish Teacher beginning for a part time long-term substitute from November 1, 2026 to February 15, 2027 (approximately).
The ideal candidate will foster positive relationships with students, create engaging and meaningful learning experiences, and support the academic and social growth of all learners.

Essential Responsibilities
Create a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment conducive to learning
Develop and deliver engaging lessons aligned to Wisconsin academic standards and district goals
Encourage active student participation, collaboration, and critical thinking
Use a variety of instructional strategies, assessments, and technology tools to support student learning
Monitor student progress and provide ongoing feedback to students and families
Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners
Maintain regular communication with parents, students, and staff
Participate in professional development, staff meetings, and school activities
Uphold high professional standards and contribute positively to the school community
