    year.

    Requirements:

    Valid

    Ohio

    educator

    license

    appropriate

    for

    serving

    students

    in

    grades

    9-12

    or

    substitute

    teaching

    license,

    or

    the

    ability

    to

    obtain

    an

    appropriate

    Ohio

    substitute

    teaching

    license

    before

    the

    start

    date.

    Candidates

    with

    demonstrated

    experience

    in

    innovation,

    design

    thinking,

    STEM

    education,

    makerspaces,

    or

    interdisciplinary

    project-based

    learning

    preferred

    Bachelor's

    degree

    or

    higher

    is

    required

    High

    School

    teaching

    experience

    preferred

    Understanding

    of

    the

    design

    process

    and/or

    innovation

    Experience

    in

    curriculum

    development

    and

    strong

    knowledge

    of

    instructional

    strategies

    preferred

    Ability

    to

    enhance

    curriculum

    with

    instructional

    technology

    Experience

    integrating

    technology

    as

    a

    tool

    to

    enhance

    teaching,

    learning,

    creativity,

    and

    problem

    solving.

    Knowledge

    of

    computational

    thinking,

    emerging

    technologies

    (AI,

    coding,

    robotics,

    digital

    fabrication,

    etc.),

    or

    STEM/STEAM/STREAM(Science,
