Materials -Valid California Education Specialist Instruction Credential-Mild to Moderate Support Needs - Copy of unofficial transcripts (BA/BS degree; Must include legend) - Tuberculosis (TB) test verification (no more than 4 years old) - Letter of Introduction - Resume - Three (3) letters of recommendation (dated within the last 3 years)
