The Performance & Incentives team, therefore, are constantly benchmarking and striving for the best practice & return on investment in developing C&B policies. The Performance & Incentives team works on a lot of interesting problems. Whether it is developing new world-class compensation policies, diving deep into market research, analyzing big data and benchmarking. The Performance & Incentives team work on a lot of cool and exciting projects to come up with the best ways to serve our organization. Given the nature of our work, it also creates huge opportunities for collaboration with departments in and outside of the HR organization.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for long-term incentives (E.g. Equity, Stock options, RSUs etc.) policies and programs implementation and communication in AMS region.
• Participate in the design and review of long-term incentives plans and policies for AMS region to ensure external competitiveness and legal compliance, through research on practices of leading tech/general industry companies.
• Work closely with the rest of the Performance & Incentives team members on total rewards package for employees in the AMS region where required;
• Performs other LTI related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications:
• Individuals who are currently completing or have recently completed a Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment, backing up proposals with good data to be able to present to stakeholders.
