Core responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments with precision.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders to meet delivery timelines.
- Maintain a neat, safe, and compliant work area.
- Assist with inventory control: counts, restocking, and organization.
- Operate pallet jacks in a safe and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with peers to achieve daily targets.
- Identify and escalate discrepancies to supervision without delay.
Minimum qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Prior warehouse background is beneficial.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for long periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational discipline.
- Competent with basic math for counts and verification.
- Works well independently and within a team.
- Flexible availability, including overtime as required.
Demonstrated proficiency in
- General warehouse operations and distribution workflows
- Loading/unloading vehicles
- Heavy material handling
- Packaging and order preparation
- High School / GED
