Core responsibilities
- Receive and unload inbound freight, checking accuracy against documentation
- Inspect goods to uphold quality standards
- Stock items methodically in designated locations for quick retrieval
- Pick orders with accuracy and pack for efficient, damage-free shipment
- Operate forklifts and related warehouse equipment with strict safety focus
- Keep the facility orderly, clean, and free of obstructions
- Participate in cycle counts and scheduled inventory audits
What sets you up for success
- Preferred background in warehouse or distribution operations
- Understanding of OSHA safety requirements and best practices
- Proficiency with forklifts and standard material-handling tools
- Experience in order picking, packaging, and stocking workflows
- Sharp attention to detail to maintain accurate inventory records
- Physical capability to lift heavy items and handle active, hands-on tasks
