We are looking for an energetic, dependable Logistics Team Member to connect the farm, the market, and our community. In this role, you are the face of our logistics and catering delivery team, making sure our fresh products arrive safely, securely, and right on time! What You Will Do (Essential Functions)Safe Product Deliveries: Transport and deliver food and supplies between the Farm, Haymarket, catering events, wholesale partners, and customer destinations with care and precision. Order Processing & Packing: Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently so everything is ready for the road. Inventory & Audits: Monitor stock levels, run regular cycle counts, and keep accurate records for incoming and outgoing items. Warehouse Organization: Keep warehouse and storage spaces clean, organized, safe, and easy to navigate. Supply Chain & Vendor Support: Coordinate with managers, team leads, and external suppliers to keep shipments on schedule. Outstanding Customer Service: Serve as a positive, friendly brand ambassador on every run. Handle questions or concerns politely and relay feedback to management.
How We Measure SuccessOn-Time Performance: Hitting scheduled delivery windows consistently for all market and customer runs. Safety & Standards: Maintaining a zero-incident safety record on the road and in the warehouse, following all food safety and equipment guidelines. Accuracy: Keeping picking, packing, and inventory errors to a minimum.
Skills & Abilities You NeedTime Management & Adaptability: Able to prioritize tasks, meet tight deadlines, and adjust smoothly to traffic or schedule changes. Customer Service Focus: A friendly, positive attitude when interacting with team members, vendors, and clients. Critical Thinking: Good judgment to solve quick delivery issues and maintain high food quality. Attention to Detail: Precision in checking packing slips, loading vehicles, and logging counts.
Experience & License RequirementsExperience: 1 to 5 years of delivery driving and warehouse experience. Driving Record: Clean driving record with experience operating box trucks and sprinter vans. Bonus Points: A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is a great plus, but not required!
Physical & Workplace RequirementsThis is a hands-on, physically active role. You must be able to: Consistently lift 70+ pounds. Bend, twist, squat, reach, push, pull, and climb ladders. Operate warehouse tools and heavy equipment safely, including box cutters and electric pallet jacks. Work in varying climates, from walk-in freezers (below 32°F) and coolers (32–40°F) to outdoor summer heat (above 90°F), in wet or dry conditions. Safely handle FDA-approved cleaning chemicals. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs.
