We are seeking a Logistics Specialist with at least 10 years of proven experience in securing competitive

trucking and air freight rates for both domestic and international shipments, with a strong background in

military contracting and familiarity with U.S. military depot requirements.

Responsibilities:

Source and negotiate competitive trucking and air freight rates.
Manage logistics related to military contracts and depot shipments.
Maintain relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers.
Ensure compliance with all military, government, and ITAR regulations.
Coordinate with internal departments to meet shipping and delivery schedules.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years of logistics experience (domestic & international).
Hands-on experience with military depot requirements and contract compliance.
Active security clearance (or ability to obtain).
Familiarity with ITAR/EAR export compliance.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Punctual, reliable, and demonstrates strong work ethic.
Team player with the ability to work effectively with coworkers at all levels.
Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation & Benefits:

Starting salary: $25.00 per hour
2 weeks’ vacation after 6 months of employment
End-of-year bonus
Company covers 60% of health insurance (optional)
401(k) retirement plan with employer contribution
Paid national holidays
