Shift: Must be flexible to work either:

• 1st Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

Job Overview

We're hiring a Logistics Operations Specialist to support warehouse operations in Orlando, FL. This role includes receiving, shipping, inventory, order processing, and material handling in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming materials
• Process orders using SAP/ERP systems
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders
• Stock and organize warehouse inventory
• Perform inventory counts and cycle counts
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks
• Follow safety procedures and warehouse standards
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver's License
• 2+ years of warehouse or logistics experience
• 2+ years of forklift experience
• 1+ year of ERP experience (SAP preferred)
• Basic Microsoft Excel and Word skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (up to 70 lbs with assistance)
• Flexible to work either 1st or 2nd shift, with overtime, weekends, or holidays if needed
