Logistics Specialist - 2nd Shift

In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service while supporting our courier drivers to ensure timely deliveries to our customers. You will play a key role in coordinating logistics and operational processes, utilizing all available resources to enhance our service quality. #ZR

Schedule & Pay

• Saturday through Wednesday, 11am to 8pm
  
• $21-23/hr, commensurate with experience
  

• Answer incoming calls, route inquiries, and input orders efficiently.
  
• Manage customer emails by inputting orders, responding, and routing messages as necessary.
  
• Provide logistical and operational support to our courier contractors.
  
• Deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  
• Communicate proactively with scheduled service customers about backup drivers assigned to their routes.
  
• Prepare and complete regularly scheduled reports.
  
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support team objectives.
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
  
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced, time-critical environment.
  
• Strong analytical skills with a knack for identifying and resolving issues quickly.
  
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  
• Ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
  
• Proficient in multitasking and prioritizing competing demands throughout the day.
  
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
