About the Role

This role is responsible for overseeing daily logistics operations, focusing on efficiency, team performance, and continuous improvement. It supports overall business objectives by ensuring smooth transportation, shipping, and warehouse operations while promoting safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations across key distribution functions and shifts
• Lead and develop teams to maintain high performance and engagement
• Drive process improvements and cost optimization initiatives
• Oversee transportation, shipping, and warehouse operations
• Ensure accurate inventory control and resolve discrepancies
• Promote safety, compliance, and operational excellence
• Collaborate cross-functionally and report on performance to leadership
• Support budgeting and financial performance goals

Minimum Requirements

• Several years of progressive management experience in distribution or related operations
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a dynamic environment
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience managing multiple priorities across shifts and locations
• Comfortable leading through change and supporting system or process initiatives

• Strong background in inventory management and order fulfillment
• Demonstrated success in developing and motivating high-performing teams
• Collaborative leadership style with a focus on continuous improvement
• Experience optimizing transportation, shipping, and warehouse operations
