Role description

• End-to-end Logistics Management
• Maintain hardware inventory in storage locations
• Track upcoming hardware information received from customers and monitor hardware status
• Communicate hardware receipt and status updates to customers within defined SLAs
• Escalate and communicate any variances or issues within defined SLAs
• Coordinate movement of hardware from the loading dock to lab locations.Unpack hardware, track inventory, and place items in designated storage or lab areas
• Pack hardware and generate shipping labels for domestic and international outbound shipments
• Coordinate movement of outbound shipments to carrier facilities for delivery to designated locations
• Maintain shipping records and provide updates on received and shipped hardware
• Create shipping documentation, obtain required approvals, notify stakeholders, and track deliveries to the final destination
• Strong experience in Inventory Management is required
• Hands-on experience with equipment check-in and check-out processes
• Proficient in following ESD guidelines while handling hardware, servers, components, and packing materials for shipments

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual''s skills, experience, performance and internal equity.

Compensation range: $ 70,000.00 to 85,000.00 per year
