Logistics Manager

Logistics Manager | Food & CPG Manufacturing | St. Joseph County, IN | $100,000–$120,000 + Relocation

gpac is partnering with a confidential, rapidly growing food/CPG manufacturer seeking a Logistics Manager to lead warehousing, transportation, inventory control, and distribution operations within a high-volume manufacturing environment.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys improving systems, developing teams, and driving operational excellence. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse, logistics, and distribution operations
• Oversee inbound/outbound shipping, inventory accuracy, and transportation
• Develop and improve warehouse processes, systems, and workflows
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and cost savings
• Partner with production, procurement, and quality teams
• Lead and develop warehouse personnel in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems to improve inventory and logistics performance

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of logistics, warehouse, or supply chain leadership experience
• Food manufacturing, beverage, pet food, or other CPG manufacturing experience preferred
• ERP/MRP experience (SAP or similar)
• Strong inventory control, transportation, and warehouse management background
• Proven leadership and process improvement experience

Compensation: $100,000–$120,000 base + comprehensive benefits + relocation assistance available
