Logistics Manager

The Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring materials, fixtures, equipment and project assets are delivered accurately and on schedule across multiple locations. This role will collaborate closely with operations, project management, procurement, field teams, vendors and transportation partners to support successful project execution. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong logistics expertise, exceptional organizational skills and a proven ability to manage complex operations in a fast-paced environment. The Logistics Manager will:

• Manage transportation, warehousing, inventory and distribution activities across multiple projects and locations.
• Develop logistics strategies to support large-scale projects.
• Coordinate the movement of materials and equipment from suppliers and distribution centers to field locations.
• Monitor shipment activity and proactively resolve delivery issues, risks and delays.
• Optimize freight and operational costs while maintaining service excellence.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Operations teams to ensure logistics plans align with project schedules and client requirements.
• Support nationwide deployment programs by ensuring materials arrive accurately and on time.
• Communicate project status, delivery updates and logistics metrics to stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with carriers, warehouses, and third-party logistics providers.
• Evaluate vendor performance and drive continuous service improvements.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, operational efficiency and compliance within warehouse operations.
• Support contract negotiations and transportation service agreements.
• Analyze logistics data and performance metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs and enhance service delivery.

The Successful Applicant:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Operations Management or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of logistics, transportation, supply chain, distribution or operations management experience.
• Experience supporting multi-location operations or large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of transportation management, inventory control, warehousing and supply chain processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
