South Florida Foods Int'l Inc. is looking to hire a Logistics/Export Coordinator.

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for:
  • Assisting with all daily logistical activities to meet contractual and operational commitments.
  • Conducting data entry, quality-assuring shipment lists, updating client management applications as needed.
  • Organizing logistics files manually and electronically.
  • Engaging with vendors, sub-contractors, and warehouse personnel to ensure timely delivery of goods.

Job Requirements:
  • Bilingual (English-Spanish) – Speaks, Writes, Reads.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks – Sales Orders / Invoice / Inventory.
  • Prepare Export documentation: BOL, SED, Certificate of Free Sale, Certificate of Origin, USDA, USDC, HAZMAT- IMO’S.
  • Consolidation of cargo / Direct Loads.
  • Monitoring the status of containers.
  • Liaison between the warehouse, terminal, and dispatch.
  • Serve the customer needs and maintain all inventory updates.
  • Extremely detail-oriented in order to avoid any errors.
  • Be able to multitask.
  • Be able to work without supervision.
  • Be able to work as a team.
