Step into a day where accuracy fuels momentum. As our Logistics Documentation Coordinator, you’ll keep order fulfillment humming by producing clean, complete paperwork and supporting leaders with reliable administrative operations.
Morning rhythm: setting the pace
- Prepare, print, sort, and distribute shipping labels, packing tickets, routing paperwork, and all related order documents.
- Verify addresses, quantities, item details, and shipment data for completeness and precision.
- Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure documents are ready exactly when needed.
- Prioritize documentation based on production timelines, shipping schedules, and customer commitments.
Midday momentum: keeping orders on track
- Update tickets when orders include substitutions, backorders, cancellations, shortages, or other changes.
- Spot documentation errors and route discrepancies to the correct team for resolution.
- Assist with troubleshooting printing, system, inventory, and order-processing issues.
All day long: building reliable operations
- Maintain spreadsheets, databases, tracking logs, reports, and operational records.
- Enter and update information with care while safeguarding confidential company and employee data.
- Track vendor invoices and support invoice documentation and reconciliation.
- Organize and maintain both electronic and physical filing systems.
- Compile operational information and prepare reports requested by facility leadership.
- Order and track employee uniforms, office supplies, and other facility materials; monitor supply levels to avoid stockouts.
- Prepare correspondence, format documents, schedule meetings, and assist with general office coordination.
- Answer and route incoming calls, greet visitors, and respond professionally to routine questions.
- Provide administrative assistance during peak periods or when other departments need extra support.
- Contribute to audits, special projects, reporting assignments, and workflow-improvement initiatives.
- Tackle additional clerical and operational duties as needed.
What you’ll bring
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in administrative, clerical, office, shipping, or warehouse support (preferred).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and the broader Microsoft Office suite.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to organize work and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
