Logistics Delivery Specialist & Warehouse Operations Technician

A day in the life

You start your morning by checking the day's run sheet, loading parts and materials, and inspecting a company vehicle before heading out for time-sensitive deliveries to customers and our other facilities. After drop-offs, you return to assist with shipping and receiving, organize inventory across storage locations, and lend a hand building skids and loading crates. In the afternoon, you might assemble valves and regulators or complete safety checks on regulators after training—work that directly supports our sales organization. When the Facilities Manager needs a hand, you're there—whether it's supporting daily building operations or helping set up and clean up for corporate events. Throughout the day, you keep the workspace safe, orderly, and compliant with company, customer, and DOT requirements.

What you'll do

• Operate company vehicles, including DOT trucks, to deliver parts and materials to customer sites and shuttle goods between facilities.
• Load and unload trucks with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Execute shipping and receiving transactions; move, organize, and maintain inventory across storage areas.
• Assist with packaging, skid building, and crate loading.
• Perform safety checks on regulators (post-training) and assemble valves, regulators, and related products to support sales.
• Support the Facilities Manager with daily operations and provide setup/teardown assistance for corporate events.
• Work occasional overtime or adjusted schedules as needed for deliveries, inventory tasks, and events.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment; follow all company and customer safety policies; meet DOT and customer safety requirements.

Qualifications

Basic

• High School Diploma.
• 2+ years of driving experience with a valid Driver's License and an insurable driving record.
• 1+ years of shipping and receiving experience.
• 2+ years in roles requiring high attention to detail.
• 2+ years supporting internal or external customers.
• 2+ years working with general shipping and receiving concepts.

Preferred

• Trade school education and/or technical training.
• Forklift operating experience.
• Background in warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or industrial settings.
• Experience with inventory control and material handling processes.
• Mechanical or technical experience, including the use of hand tools.

Physical demands

• Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds safely.
