    What Youll Do:

    Customer Service

    • Partner with the Wholesale team and Wholesale Accounts for all customer service needs
    • Coordinate with Wholesale department & CS Manager for order maintenance during and after market close (i.e. Order confirmation, PO receiving, PO accuracy)
    • Responsible for monitoring the shipping and interfacing with both Wholesale and Finance department during the delivery period
    • Responsible for maintaining an updated/accurate inventory, reporting, order/stock situation and communicate to Logistics and Customer Service Manager and Wholesale team
    • Record and process all merchandise returns from the wholesale client
    • Partner with CS Manager & colleagues in Italy on an as needed basis for relevant information related to production and shipping
    • Prepare various reports on weekly or monthly basis as required, including wholesale sales report

    Operations

    • Process files and paperwork (pick tickets, splitting of bulk quantities for pick ticket creation, invoice creation, etc.) for daily shipments from the 3PL warehouse
    • Process orders and re-orders for wholesale sales team, create allocations, pick tickets and follow up during process to ensure that orders are fulfilled
    • Partner with CS Manager & Finance team to assist in charge back investigations
    • Continuously follow up with 3PL provider to ensure that orders are shipping within the set deadlines
    • Perform EDI activities & related functions as it pertains to UPC creation for new season products, NRF color code & size maintenance
    • Manage Intertrade & GSX EDI catalogs in cooperation with CS Manager & 3PL/EDI VAN provider
    • Participate in cross training activities in alternate departmental functions to serve as a resource in the event of coverage issues related to PTO or seasonal demands


    Youll Need to Have:

    • Bachelors degree preferred
    • 2+ years of logistics experience within the luxury or fashion industries
    • Ability to adapt appropriately to competing demands and shifting priorities
    • Excellent analytical skills
    • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
    • Strong PC Skills (All Microsoft Office applications)
    • Knowledge of Stealth or EPR experience preferred
    • Strong Excel skills mandatory
    • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a result driven, team-oriented environment
