    Role Overview

    Manage domestic and international shipments of our engineered equipment, oversee transportation via truck, air freight, and ocean cargo while ensuring deliveries are accurate, on-time, and compliant with all regulations


    Key Responsibilities
    • Shipment Coordination: Obtain quotes, schedule, and track domestic and international shipments (LTL, FTL, Air, and Ocean Container/Breakbulk)

    • Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and manage Bills of Lading (BOL), Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, export/customs documentation, and ISO shipping records.

    • Cross-Functional Communication: Partner with internal production, purchasing, engineering, and project management teams, as well as external customers and carriers, to share shipment updates.

    • Cost & Vendor Management: Verify freight invoices, track costs, identify efficiency gains, and build strong relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.


    Qualifications

    • Experience: 3+ years in logistics, shipping, or transportation coordination handling domestic and international freight.

    • Education: Associate’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business (or related field), or equivalent work experience.

    • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word), strong problem-solving abilities, and exceptional attention to detail.

    • Preferred: Manufacturing background, ISO 9001 quality system experience, familiar with ERP/MRP software, and solid knowledge of Incoterms® and customs procedures.
