Role Description LionHeart Alliance is seeking a detail-driven, proactive
Logistics Coordinator to assist in bridging the gap between our warehouse floor and front office operations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Virginia Beach, VA. Acting as the central traffic manager, you will assist with daily workflow, maintain compliance, and serve as the point person with specialized oversight of our Combat Swag product line. Day-to-day tasks include managing inventory levels, updating stock records, monitoring shipments, and resolving discrepancies with suppliers and carriers. The Logistics Coordinator communicates regularly with internal teams serving as direct support to the Operations Manager and customers to provide order status updates, address logistics issues, and support overall supply chain efficiency. The role also includes preparing documentation, maintaining compliance with company procedures, and recommending process improvements to enhance operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
Floor-to-Office Traffic & Order Management- Serve as the liaison between warehouse floor staff and front-office leadership to keep fulfillment moving without bottlenecks.
- Manage direct-to-consumer and B2B website orders, including batch printing, picking, packing, and quality-checking outgoing shipments.
- Take full ownership of the combat swag line, acting as the primary lead for patch receipt, verification, labeling, and inventory placement.
- Assist the Operations Manager with broad warehouse workflow design, throughput tracking, and hands-on order fulfillment during peak volume.
General Operational Support- Provide direct, day-to-day administrative and tactical support to the Operations Manager.
- Maintain a "team-first" mentality, stepping in across other warehouse, operational duties as workload demands evolve.
Qualifications- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, monitor inventory metrics, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills (verbal & written) to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive client experience.
- Candidates should possess Inventory Management skills to track stock levels, conduct reconciliations, and maintain accurate records.
- Candidates should possess Supply Chain Management skills to coordinate shipments, manage lead times, and support end-to-end logistics processes.
- 2–4+ years of hands-on experience in warehouse logistics, operations, fulfillment coordination, or traffic management.
- Proficiency with inventory or ERP software and standard office applications (e.g., Excel, Word) is preferred.
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Big Commerce, etc.), and shipping portals (Worldship, FedEx Ship Manager, LTL Shipping).
- Physical stamina: comfortable transitioning frequently between an office desk and a fast-moving warehouse floor (standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in logistics or supply chain are a plus.
