RightStone is hiring a Logistics Coordinator to support daily warehouse, distribution, and transportation operations in Thompson's Station, TN. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on supply chain experience who enjoys coordinating inventory flow, solving operational challenges, and keeping shipments on schedule.

You'll work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics execution while identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Operations & Inventory Management

• Support daily warehouse and distribution activities

• Help manage inventory flow and materials coordination

• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory accuracy

• Transportation & Shipping

• Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery timelines

• Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate and on-time shipments

• Support documentation and tracking of inbound/outbound freight

• Systems & Documentation

• Maintain accurate data in ERP and logistics systems

• Prepare shipping and inventory reports as needed

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with procedures

• Process Improvement

• Identify operational inefficiencies

• Recommend and support practical process improvements

• Help streamline workflow across departments
