Kforce has a client in Salt Lake City, UT that is seeking a Logistics Coordinator. Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support transportation, shipping, inventory movement, and order fulfillment activities. This individual will be responsible for coordinating shipments, maintaining accurate documentation, resolving operational issues, and serving as a key liaison between internal teams, vendors, carriers, warehouses, and customers. The ideal candidate combines hands-on logistics experience with strong administrative and systems skills. They take ownership of issues through resolution, communicate effectively across multiple stakeholders, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • 2-4+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, shipping and receiving, procurement, warehouse operations, order management, or related operational coordination roles
  • Experience coordinating shipments, deliveries, transportation schedules, or operational workflows
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
  • Experience managing purchase orders, customer orders, shipping records, invoices, or inventory transactions
  • Ability to investigate and resolve operational issues and discrepancies
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and standard business applications
  • Experience working within ERP, warehouse management, transportation management, order management, or similar systems
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Oracle, SAP, or similar ERP platforms
  • Transportation, freight, warehouse, inventory, or distribution experience
  • Experience supporting domestic or international logistics operations
  • Exposure to customs documentation, import/export processes, or regulatory compliance
  • Experience coordinating across multiple locations, vendors, or third-party service providers

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
