Logistics Coordinator

• As a logistics coordinator, you will be a part of a department that will deliver an experience based on Candor’s Commitment to its partners and teammates. Through this fast-paced, high-energy role where you will be able to make an impact on supply chain every day.

What you'll do

·Tracks and traces all shipments, ensuring accuracy, customer’s expectations are met, and vendors are delivering on their commitment to Candor Expedite.

·Enters and ensures all carrier documentation is received for new carrier setups and updates any existing partner profiles as needed.

·Ensures that all carrier partners adhere to all federal guidelines in reference to all FMSCA and DOT requirements.

·Ensure all customer orders are released for invoicing via Candor’s TMS in a timely and accurate manner.

·Ensures all rate confirmations and rate agreements are compliant.

·Understand transportation optimization techniques including mode selection, freight consolidation, load building, and efficient routing.

·Oversee carriers accountability for proof of delivery, capacity, driver information, truck and trailer requirements, tracking acceptance and service commitments.

·Develops effective long-term relationships with carrier drivers, shippers, consignees, and teammates.

·Collaborates with account managers and carrier sales to ensure customer satisfaction is upheld.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience managing multiple clients, projects and/or teams to achieve a high service level.
• A basic understanding of freight, shipping & transportation, supply chain, and client service related to the industry.
