    About the role

    • As a logistics coordinator, you will be a part of a department that will deliver an experience based on Candor’s Commitment to its partners and teammates. Through this fast-paced, high-energy role where you will be able to make an impact on supply chain every day.

    What you'll do

    ·         Tracks and traces all shipments, ensuring accuracy, customer’s expectations are met, and vendors are delivering on their commitment to Candor Expedite.

    ·         Enters and ensures all carrier documentation is received for new carrier setups and updates any existing partner profiles as needed.

    ·         Ensures that all carrier partners adhere to all federal guidelines in reference to all FMSCA and DOT requirements.

    ·         Ensure all customer orders are released for invoicing via Candor’s TMS in a timely and accurate manner.

    ·         Ensures all rate confirmations and rate agreements are compliant.

    ·         Understand transportation optimization techniques including mode selection, freight consolidation, load building, and efficient routing.

    ·         Oversee carriers accountability for proof of delivery, capacity, driver information, truck and trailer requirements, tracking acceptance and service commitments.

    ·         Develops effective long-term relationships with carrier drivers, shippers, consignees, and teammates.

    ·         Collaborates with account managers and carrier sales to ensure customer satisfaction is upheld.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
    • Experience managing multiple clients, projects and/or teams to achieve a high service level.
    • A basic understanding of freight, shipping & transportation, supply chain, and client service related to the industry.
