About the Position
The Warehouse Specialist plays a key role in supporting the operations of the Maricopa County Elections Department. This position is responsible for coordinating the procurement, receipt, delivery, and issuance of equipment, supplies, tools, and materials for multiple divisions. The role also includes maintaining equipment by inspecting for damage, performing necessary charging, and preparing items for use during each election cycle. During election periods, the Warehouse Specialist assists with a variety of critical tasks, including driving, loading and unloading trucks, scanning equipment, and assembling election supply kits. This position ensures that all materials are accounted for and properly distributed to support a smooth and efficient election process.

The Maricopa County Recorder's Office (MCRO) is responsible for maintaining the Maricopa County voter registration records and for administering over elections in partnership with the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors. The MCRO also maintains the permanent public record of over 50 million documents dating back to 1871, including deeds, plat maps, and a variety of other important documents.
