The RoleAs a Logistics Coordinator, you are the engine driving our daily freight brokerage operations. Working alongside our Transportation Brokers, you will manage active loads, leverage high-speed tech tools, and ensure our supply chains run without a hitch. • Master the Logistics Lifecycle: Efficiently build loads, schedule pickup/delivery appointments, and set up vetted carriers within our digital platforms.
• Keep Freight Moving: Proactively conduct update/check calls with carriers, track active shipments, and deliver real-time, critical updates to shippers and customers.
• Carrier Sourcing & Outreach: Build strong relationships with carriers by inquiring about lane availability, equipment types, and capacity.
• Maintain Compliance & Documentation: Ensure seamless record-keeping with exceptional attention to detail by requesting and verifying insurance certificates, handling rate confirmations, and keeping carrier resources updated.

What You Bring to the Team

• Google Suite Proficiency: Strong, practical command of Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar, etc.).
