We are seeking two motivated and customer-focused associates to join our team. These positions will initially be temporary, with the potential for permanent employment based on performance, business needs, and overall fit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and responsive customer service to clients, carriers, and internal teams.
- Monitor, track, and trace freight shipments to ensure timely and accurate updates.
- Assist with freight planning, coordination, and shipment management.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with customers and transportation partners by phone.
- Maintain accurate and timely shipment information and support the overall efficiency of brokerage operations.
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.
