LOGISTICS COORDINATOR / LOGISTICS ANALYST

LOCATION

North Fort Worth, TX | Onsite

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• $20.11 per hour

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

ROLE IMPACT

The Logistics Analyst supports daily transportation operations across the supply chain network, helping ensure freight moves safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively. This role works with carriers, distribution centers, customer service teams, and internal stakeholders to monitor transportation performance, maintain accurate reporting and tariff cost entries, and identify opportunities to improve freight operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor shipment execution across Truckload (TL), Less-Than-Truckload (LTL), Parcel, Intermodal, and other transportation modes.

• Manage carrier scorecards and track service, cost, quality, compliance, transportation spend, accessorial charges, and network efficiency.

• Maintain daily transportation reporting, tariff cost entries, audit documentation, and transportation records.

• Support inbound trade compliance and outbound performance activities while providing guidance on transportation procedures, KPIs, and best practices.

• Support transportation projects and continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, operational excellence, freight cost optimization, and carrier performance.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of transportation, logistics, or supply chain experience.

• Experience managing domestic transportation operations across Truckload (TL), Less-Than-Truckload (LTL), Parcel, and Intermodal freight.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and experience using Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.

• Experience leading transportation teams or cross-functional projects.

• Advanced knowledge of freight procurement, carrier relationship management, negotiation, and freight cost optimization.
