Job Summary
We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for receiving, inspection, inventory control, shipping transactions, and material movement. The ideal candidate has strong computer and data entry skills, is experienced in an ERP or inventory system, and can work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials and deliveriesManage packaging materials and warehouse supply areasProcess inventory transactions, adjustments, and control functionsPerform kitting and staging of materials for internal departmentsMaintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle countsSupport WIP transactions and BOM processing as needed for internal material flowPrepare materials for shipping and assist with outbound logisticsUse forklifts and powered equipment to move product and materials safelyMaintain an organized, clean warehouse environmentCommunicate effectively with internal teams regarding shortages, damages, or discrepancies

Qualifications
Education and Experience
High School diploma, G.E.D.
Experience in Logistics, Material Handling or 2 - 3 years of equivalent work-related experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Previous experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations preferred
Strong attention to detail and accurate inventory processing skills
Experience using ERP systems or inventory management software
Strong computer and data entry skills (keyboard and number pad)
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
Strong organization, multitasking, and prioritization skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision and stay on task
Strong communication and team mindset
Basic understanding of MRP reporting tools.

Ability to operate forklifts and powered equipment safely

Electrical Hazards including following Lockout / Tagout processes
Overhead equipment and crane operation
Working from elevated platforms and lifts utilization of fall arrest equipment
Lifting of heavy equipment must have the ability to lift 35 lbs
