    About the Role:
     
    As a Logistics Coordinator, you'll become an expert in a specialized mode of transportation (such as Full-Truckload, Less-Than-Truckload, or Drayage). You'll be a resource that will support daily shipment activities for our sales team, ensuring smooth operations and helping to grow the business.

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    • Become a go-to expert on all administrative tasks related to your assigned accounts.
    • Document and manage tasks in our internal systems to ensure everything stays on track.
    • Schedule and coordinate shipments from pickup to delivery.
    • Help resolve any shipping issues with professionalism and efficiency.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal teams and external clients.
    • Assist with billing and payment processing as needed.
       
    What You Need:

    • Customer service experience 
    • Be punctual (work starts at 7:00 A.M. on-site)
    • A strong work ethic with a history of excellent attendance.
    • Outstanding verbal communication skills, both in-person and over the phone.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Ability to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion.
    Compensation: $45,000.00 per year
