Summary of Position:
The Logistics Coordinator/Analyst Lead is responsible for ensuring that all product is delivered per client's guidelines while operating within Denali processes and procedures. The Logistics Coordinator/Analyst Lead provides client support on behalf of multiple Denali resources (i.e. Project Managers, Service Engagement Managers, and Service Delivery Managers). They will assist with the movement and tracking of client orders as they move through the delivery cycle - from pre-planning to project wrap-up. This position will also create, update, and document processes and procedures as needed. As the team lead, they will be responsible for all first level escalations and training for all new hires..
Essential Functions:
Responsible for ensuring that all projects involving services logistic services are successful
Assist with the movement and tracking of client orders as they move through the delivery cycle - from pre-planning to project wrap-up
Create, update, and document processes and procedures as needed
Interacts with all aspects of our organization. Coordination of:
Communication
Customer satisfaction
Project coordination
Obtain tracking information of customers' orders, transmit that information to our customers, and follow through to affirm delivery
Primary communicator regarding shipments to customers
Analyze shipment movements and suggest opportunities for improved efficiencies
Complete appropriate documentation needed to facilitate product delivery
Ability to mitigate project roadblock for delivery requests that are received outside of the standard process
Responsible for reviewing logistical processes, identify critical paths and opportunities for improvements
Ability to understand the logistical aspects of product life cycles, including coordination
Develop an understanding of customers' needs and take actions to ensure that such needs are met
Report progress and results of project plans
Direct team activities by establishing task priorities, scheduling and tracking work assignments, and providing guidance
Act as a subject matter expert and team escalation point
Conduct peer mentoring and training of the logistics team
Delivery of training to logistics coordinators/analysts
Provides direction to the employees for a variety of matters, including departmental policies and procedures, utilization of the HR portal for time off requests, customer communications in the field, the resources available, and career advancement advice

This position is based in a professional office setting and regularly utilizes workplace technology, including computers, smartphones, multifunction printers, cloud-based filing systems, and collaboration tools.
Physical Demands:
This role requires physical capabilities that support the successful execution of key responsibilities. The employee regularly engages in verbal and written communication with colleagues and clients to address project-related inquiries and must be able to convey accurate information clearly and efficiently. The position involves remaining seated at a workstation for approximately 75% of the time, with occasional movement throughout the office to access equipment, supplies, and shared resources. Daily tasks include consistent use of computers and standard office technology such as keyboards, printers, and multifunction devices. The role also involves transporting equipment boxes weighing up to 25 pounds within the building and to other offsite locations as needed for project support.
Required Education and Experience:
Associates Degree preferred
5 years of experience
