    The Logistic Coordinator will focus on Coordinate inbound shipments from port to warehouse in our collaborative team-based environment.

    This is a day shift position, and the schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm with overtime when needed.

    You will:

    • Coordinate inbound shipments from port to warehouse

    Review incoming material orders/pick tickets.

    • Monitor containers, delivery schedules, and transportation timelines

    • Communicate with carriers, customs brokers, and warehouse teams

    • Ensure accurate receiving and inventory documentation

    Resolve shipment delays and logistics issues proactively

    Maintain compliance with shipping and safety procedures

    Support inventory control and warehouse operations

    • Locate materials on shelves in the warehouse
    • Place materials on the order picker, forklift, or pallet jack
    • Deliver items to the loading area to be wrapped and put on a delivery truck
    • Unload trucks
    • Keep the warehouse clean and organized
    • Work in a collaborative, team environment

    You have:

    • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
    • Experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse, or transportation coordination

    Knowledge Excel and ERP/system skills

    • Bilingual English/Spanish must

    • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

    • A collaborative, team-focused approach
