    Job Title: Logistics COE Business Process Analyst
    Job Location: Louisville, CO or White Plains, NY (Preference: Louisville, CO)
    Job Duration: 6 Months on W2 (Potential Contract-to-Hire)
    Potential for extension based on performance and business needs.

    Role Summary
    Serve as a technical subject matter expert (SME) for Supply Chain systems and processes, translating business needs into scalable solutions. This role partners cross-functionally to resolve system issues, improve data visibility, and drive continuous improvement across logistics operations.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Act as the SME for Supply Chain systems across transportation and warehouse operations.
    • Fill operational gaps through tactical and transactional support as business needs require.
    • Resolve business-critical system and integration issues impacting performance.
    • Lead the development and enhancement of reporting, data flows, and system integrations.
    • Identify process gaps and implement scalable, technology-enabled solutions.
    • Drive continuous improvement and productivity initiatives.
    • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems and dashboards.
    • Partner with Operations, IT, and Customer teams to utilize tools and processes.
    • Maintain documentation, training materials, and system knowledge.
    • Support audits, controls, and operational reporting needs.
    Success Metrics
    • Timely and accurate data/report delivery.
    • System issue resolution and implementation speed.
    • Inventory accuracy and variance reduction.
    • System uptime and data reliability.
    • Cost and productivity improvements.
    Required Skills & Experience
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
    • Ability to translate business needs into system and process solutions.
    • Experience with Supply Chain systems, including:
      • ERP
      • TMS
      • WMS
      • EDI
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
    • Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
    • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    Preferred Skills
    • Experience supporting client or Supply Chain operations.
    • Continuous improvement and process optimization background.
    • Experience supporting system integrations and data architecture.
    • Familiarity with SAP and transportation/warehouse platforms.
    Contract Details
    • 6-month W2 contract.
    • Potential for extension based on performance and business needs.
    • Potential for contract-to-hire (CTH).
