Logistics Care Specialist

Connecting transportation, warehousing, and materials management to keep fulfillment moving without interruption.

Logistics Care Specialist plays a vital role in Tier 2 logistics support by proactively resolving fulfillment challenges and driving a superior customer experience. This position serves as a key contact for customer-facing teams, offering timely solutions to logistics-related inquiries. Core responsibilities include identifying potential delivery issues, ensuring order and material visibility, and facilitating communication with essential logistics functions such as transportation, materials management, and warehousing.

What You'll Bring

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Associate degree preferred
• Minimum two (2) years' experience, preferred.
• Solid knowledge of SAP systems - APO & R3.
• Functional knowledge of logistics processes.
• Solid knowledge of related business processes and stakeholder management.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong PC skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good communication, organization, and analytical skills.
• Detail oriented and able to handle multiple responsibilities and make decisions.
