Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Bid Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for reviewing and submitting bids, preparing quotes, maintaining project records, and providing administrative support for logistics operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review incoming bid opportunities and prepare accurate quotes in a timely manner.
  • Submit bids and quotes, often within strict deadlines.
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets for project tracking and reporting.
  • Enter and maintain bid, quote, and project information in HubSpot.
  • Review contract billing and assist with billing-related documentation.
  • Monitor and respond to email correspondence between customers, accounts, and service centers.
  • Research and analyze bid requests and quote opportunities.
  • Coordinate with service centers to support logistics and operational needs.
  • Provide project status updates and ensure records remain current and accurate.
Required Qualifications: 
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Strong keyboarding and data entry skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Experience in the moving, transportation, relocation, or logistics industry.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM software.
Work Environment
  • Indoor office setting.
  • Primarily desk and computer-based work.
  • Collaborative team environment.
