Logistics Associate

Our client, manufacturing operations is seeking a Logistics Associate to join their team. As a Logistics Associate, you will be part of the warehouse and production support team, helping ensure materials move smoothly from dock to production and shipping. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of urgency, a commitment to safety, and the ability to solve problems quickly under pressure—skills that will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Logistics Associate

Location: Fremont, CA or Hayward, CA

Pay Range: $30.00/hr

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

What's the Job?

• Own all warehouse material flow processes from dock to production/shipping using methods such as forklift and on-foot movement.
• Assess material needs for assigned production areas during each shift and pull materials using an information system to support the production schedule.
• Resolve inventory errors through verification using warehouse tools and processes.
• Support kitting, lineside delivery to general assembly, uncrating critical components, and indirect material storage

What's Needed?

• 1+ years of warehouse or manufacturing experience.
• User-level computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Ability to operate heavy warehouse equipment such as a forklift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• HS Diploma or GED is required
