Logistics and Warehouse Associate:


R&M Equipment is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics & Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming inventory
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards
  • Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual handling
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts
  • Build custom wood skids for specific projects
  • Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to ensure timely deliveries
  • Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance
  • Identify damaged or missing items and report discrepancies
  • Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards
 
Skills & Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. 
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems a plus
  • Forklift operation
  • Basic Math Skills
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
