Senior Logistics and Distribution Manager
Location: Wilsonville, OR (Full-Time)
About the Role:
We're looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to coordinate domestic and international shipments for consumer electronics and other high-value products. You'll work with freight forwarders, carriers, warehouses, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure products are delivered on time and issues are resolved quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments
- Work with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and warehouses
- Track shipments and provide status updates
- Prepare shipping and customs documents
- Resolve shipping delays, damages, and delivery issues
- Coordinate warehouse transfers, inventory, and returns
- Support trade shows, product launches, and special shipments
- Maintain shipment records and identify process improvements
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of logistics, transportation, supply chain, or warehouse experience
- Experience with domestic and international shipping
- Knowledge of air, ocean, ground, and parcel transportation
- Familiar with customs/import-export documentation
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Preferred:
- Consumer electronics or high-value product experience
- Knowledge of EDI, retail compliance, or routing guides
- Experience with trade show or event logistics
- Experience supporting multiple clients or brands
