Onsite Logistics & Asset Technicians

Position Summary
The Logistics Technician will support daily receiving, shipping, inventory control, asset tracking, and parts fulfillment within a fast-paced data center environment. This individual will ensure equipment is accurately received, documented, stored, and staged for deployment, break-fix work, and other operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and ship equipment, verifying quantities and inspecting materials for damage.
- Update asset and inventory systems in real time.
- Tag, label, scan, and log assets upon arrival.
- Pull and stage parts for technicians and engineers.
- Support cycle counts and physical inventory audits to maintain at least 99% accuracy.
- Identify and escalate shortages before they affect deployments or repairs.
- Maintain organized, safe, and deployment-ready warehouse and staging areas.
- Assist with RMAs, warranty claims, replacements, and vendor returns.
- Follow established procedures and escalate discrepancies or operational issues.
- Support process improvements as the site grows.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in a warehouse, data center, distribution center, or high-volume hardware environment.
- Experience with receiving, shipping, inventory control, staging, and material movement.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
- Ability to work quickly and stay organized in a high-pressure environment.
- Comfortable using inventory or asset-tracking systems.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Willing and able to work full-time onsite
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with asset-management systems, barcode scanners, or RFID tracking.
- Experience with cycle counts, physical audits, RMAs, warranties, or vendor returns.
- Familiarity with data center hardware, including servers, networking equipment, or GPUs.
- Experience supporting a high-growth, hyperscale, or rapidly expanding operation.

Pay Range: $100K - $120k
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
