Logistics Analyst (TS/SCI)

Sparks Group, partnered with a nationally renowned forward-thinking government contractor seeking an experienced Logistics Subject Matter Expert (SME) with active TS/SCI clearance to support engineering, logistics management, process improvement, and sustainment planning for complex defense programs. This role will leverage your expertise across the acquisition lifecycle to develop effective logistics solutions, improve processes, and ensure long-term system integration and sustainment. Responsibilities

• Develop and improve logistics tools, processes, and solutions supporting complex DoD programs and integrated systems.
• Provide subject matter expertise in sustainment planning, equipment management, and the acquisition lifecycle at the program level.
• Analyze logistics processes and requirements, conduct root-cause analysis, and develop practical solutions to improve system performance and functionality.
• Support the management, coordination, and shipment of high volumes of government and contractor equipment and materials.
• Partner with senior engineering and program teams to ensure logistics solutions meet design, material, quality, safety, and operational requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of logistics management experience, or 12+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Demonstrated experience with DoD acquisition lifecycle, sustainment planning, and equipment management for multi-million-dollar programs.
• Experience managing or supporting high-volume equipment/material shipments within government or defense environments.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance and ability to travel up to 25%.
• Strong analytical, process improvement, and problem-solving skills, with experience supporting complex integrated systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting SOF/SMU logistics, handling classified shipments and experience with interagency logistics.

Pay Range: Salary $90,000.00 to $198,999.00
