Lead end-to-end technology sourcing initiatives, supplier onboarding, pilot programs, renewals, and adoption decisions. Partner with Engineering, Product, Security, Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies, manage supplier risk, optimize costs, and support responsible adoption of technology solutions.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary sourcing contact for supplier onboarding, purchase order processes, proofs of concept, and full-cycle adoption decisions.
Manage pilot programs, new supplier onboarding, and renewals through structured tracking, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
Partner with business, Security, Legal, Product, and Finance teams to establish supplier strategies, risk frameworks, and best practices.
Negotiate complex supplier contracts, including master services agreements, statements of work, licensing agreements, and service agreements.
Develop sourcing frameworks that enable stakeholder self-service while providing guidance for complex and strategic engagements.
Drive measurable value through supplier consolidation, cost optimization, and strategic supplier partnerships.
Provide clear communication, trusted guidance, and strong stakeholder support throughout sourcing initiatives.
Collaborate with sourcing leadership to execute projects, manage supplier relationships, and promote stakeholder engagement across business functions.
Requirements
At least three years of experience in sourcing and procurement, preferably within technology or software categories.
Proven experience managing sourcing pilots, supplier onboarding, and adoption programs.
Strong commercial judgment and negotiation skills, including experience with complex software or SaaS contracts.
Experience collaborating with Engineering, Security, Legal, Finance, Product, and other cross-functional teams.
Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field;an advanced degree is a plus.
Successful completion of required fingerprinting or background screening.
